Clark County Department of Aviation Q3 2025 Tentative Surplus Auction
The next surplus vacant land auction is tentatively scheduled for the third quarter of 2025. In addition to various vacant parcels, two single-family residences will also be included in this upcoming auction. The list of properties to be offered and the official auction date will not be finalized until the Resolution of Intent to Sell Real Property at Public Auction is approved by the Board of County Commissioners. Once the auction date is confirmed, it will be posted on this website and a notification will be sent to all subscribed parties.
