You understand and agree that your use of the Site or any content, services, or features made available on or through the Site (collectively, the "Services"), signifies that you fully accept and agree to these Terms. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CCDOA, its board, officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, contractors, licensors, and suppliers, from and against all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including, but not limited to, attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your use of and access to the Site and Services; (b) your violation of any of the Terms; (c) your fraud, violation of law, negligence, or willful misconduct; (d) your violation of any third party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights; and (e) the use of the Site by any person using your account or account login. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive the termination or cessation of these Terms and your use of the Site."
